The art of resin casting is one that takes years of practice and a ton of patience. Resin casting is a timely endeavor and can take up to 6 months to complete.
Resin casting is done in several stages and with a variety of resin products. At Hannah's our process is to create a core or center cast and then after much sanding and refining and filling if needed, we create a top coat cast or flood coat which may need several periods of setting, sanding and recasting. Whew! It IS a long process
